If you’re unsure where to begin, you can book a consultation or new client facial. We will recommend homecare products and future treatments best suited for your skin concerns and goals!
Right here through our website! We are by appointment only, and do not allow walk-ins for product purchases. Please order your products online and select pickup. When your order is ready you will be contacted to set up a pickup time. All retinols and more active products have to be purchased directly through us so send us a message for those!
Unfortunately due to safety concerns, we do not allow guests to accompany you. If you are under the age of 18, you are allowed to bring your guardian.
Unless you violate our cancellation policy, we do not charge your card on file!
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment in order to complete paperwork. You do not need to arrive with clean skin as we will clean your skin in the treatment room. If you are a new client, please discontinue all actives three days prior.
We recommend to avoid working out and wearing makeup for 24 hours after any facial. Chemical peels require you to avoid excess sun exposure for two weeks after.
Yes, I offer a 50 minute one on one virtual coaching call for other licensed estheticians. You can allow Maddy to guide the call, or come in with a list of questions.
Custom regimens range between $400-$800 while the treatment itself will be the listed price. You are not required to purchase products unless you are wanting to do chemical peels. Then you need to be on four of our products. We are always very happy to work with our clients budget.
Product life can ranged anywhere under a year. Most products used twice a day last about 3-4 months. Other products can last 6 months - a year.
As long as you are located in the U.S. we can do a virtual consultation and ship you products. Unfortunately we are unable to currently ship products internationally.
We try to ship our products out within 48 business hours of you ordering. Please allow a week after we’ve shipped for them to arrive. Most clients receive them faster than that.
Glow on Studios does not accept any returns, and all sales are final on all products and treatments. If you have a faulty product container, please contact us at glowonstudios@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will exchange that for you in person.

Glow on Studios asks our clients to please give us a 48 hour notice when cancellation or rescheduling to avoid being charged for half of your appointment price. If you do not show up to your appointment without proper notice, you will be charged 100% of your service and cannot rebook until payment is completed.
